We are a father and son team that restores 246 Dino's as a speciality. We will expand our range in the future but at the moment we are doing only Dino's. For now we are doing the restorations as a hobby and not as a business.
As father and son we have always been very interested in cars. Long before Jeff was born, I first started my automotive interest by buying my first Porsche 911 in the early 70's. Since my first porsche i have never gone without one in my garage. I was instantly a hard-core fan and have remained since.
While in europe on vacation, i saw my first Dino and was in love at first site. I will never forget the experience of seeing it. I made it a goal to buy that car someday. In the 90's i purchased my first Dino and since than have aquired a few. Now with my son i am living my dream restoring one of my favorite cars of all time.
Our shop is located near San Diego in Esconidido, CA. Each car is owned by me so the restoration has no deadlines or requirements. We are able to do a full and complete restoration of every possible part on the car and can take our time making sure each part is perfect. We take pride in making the car even better than it came from the factory.

When Steve first met us at Bella Italia in 2009 he was instantly attracted to the Blue Dino (#7036). He was even more impressed by the workmanship and detail when he learned it was done as a family project. He thought the body and paint was very nice as well. After we spoke and got to know Steve, we let him know about our new restoration we were working on. Steve proposed to us that he would love a chance to work on our new project. At the show we could tell he really wanted to be a part of the team and show us that he is one of the best in the country when it comes to paint and body and he really wanted my name on our rare "chairs and flairs" coupe.
Just three weeks prior meeting us at the show, he had leased a small space in an industrial complex. The garage he leased came with a down draft spray booth.
“As you already know The Dino is a master piece of automobile art and design and the history of the Dino is incredible. I have resurfaced many classics in my career and I will go on record that the Dino body is one of the hardest cars to surface. But when the body and paint are done correctly it is very rewarding after the job is finished.”
At the end of the show when Steve came back to congratulate the family for the award we earned, Jeff mentioned to Steve that we would consider having him do the Paint on the next project. Steve admits it was very hard for him to sleep that night. Just to think about getting back into the business again and being awarded our job was very exciting for him.
He has been complimented for many paint jobs he has done all over the country. Even though the Dino is not yet finished he will be patiently awaiting the final unveiling at Bella Italia '10. He is a unreplaceable piece to the puzzle and a very welcomed family member of the Dino.
